Burning Your Stored Fuel!

Imagine that you've got a car with a lot
of stored fuel in it's tank (your excess
fat).. maybe 50 gallons or so.
Your job is to get rid of the stored
fuel (fat) quickly, but you can't suck it
out of the tank (no liposuction). What
would you do?
Here's what I suggest..
1. Drive your car all around town to burn
lots of your car's fuel (exercise to burn
your fat stores).
2. Use your car for short little errands you
need to do during the day (develop an active
lifestyle in addition to exercise).
3. Leave your car's motor running (idling)
in the driveway when you're not using it,
even at night (your basal metabolism burns
calories 24 hours a day to keep your body
functioning).
4. Have your mechanic increase your car's
idling speed so that it's burning more
fuel just running in the driveway (increase
your basal metabolic rate so that you burn
more calories 24 hours a day - even while
you're sleeping. You can do this through
daily aerobic exercise and weight training
three days per week.)
If you want to lose weight (fat), your job
is simply to "burn" your stored fuel (fat),
without consuming too much additional fuel
(food). 30 to 60 minutes of daily aerobic
exercise and weight training three days per
week is absolutely critical to your weight
loss success! Start your engine!
